My Methods

All my beans are roasted using the fluid-bed method. This process utilizes convection heating which yields a very even roast batch.

My roaster is a one-of-a-kind custom built machine. The mid-mod design promotes a balance of art and science and was fueled by a passion to capture the best in every bean.

The small batch design offers endless roast customization and profiles while utilizing the tech to provide the consistency and quality of a commercial roaster.
